Exit from PIE via Paya Lebar Flyover Exit, into Paya Lebar Road (toward direction of Hougang). Turn right into Ubi Avenue 2, and turn left into Ubi Road 1 (Blk 3015A on the right side of the road). Proceed ahead to turn into the carpark for Blk 3015A and Blk 3014A. Parking entry via auto scan. Payment via cash card upon exit.

Exit from the PIE via Paya Lebar. Make right turns into Ubi Avenue or Ubi Avenue 3. From Ubi Avenue turn left immdiately after Courts Superstore and turn right into car park. From Ubi Avenue 3 turn right after Traffic Police HQ and then left to the car park.
By Bus / MRT
- From nearest MRT Station Paya Lebar MRT) Transfer to buses 24, 22, 76, 77, 80. Alight at 3rd stop.
Cross junction to Ubi Avenue. Make way from there.
- From Eunos MRT Transfer to bus 67Alight at stop outside second coffee shop along Ubi Avenue.
Cross the road and make way from there.
- From Ang Mo Kio MRT station. Transfer to bus 22. Alight at 2nd stop from Courts along Ubi Avenue.
